How does your online returns policy work?
Please note that all sales are final, with the exception of goods damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees, and refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
What is Nihil's Exchange Policy?
If inventory permits, we accept exchange request. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee associated with the exchange. Exchanges will be prepared and shipped after we receive the associated items and fees.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund:
- Promotional items with retail value
- Items received in damaged or worn condition
- Any items past 14 days of the original order shipment date will be voided
Which countries do you deliver to?
