What is Nihil's Return Policy?
All sales are final. Exceptions are damaged goods in transit. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee associated with the return. We will process the refund after we receive the items.
What is Nihil's Exchange Policy?
If inventory permits, we accept exchange request. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee associated with the exchange. Exchanges will be prepared and shipped after we receive the associated items and fees.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund:
- Promotional items with retail value
- Items received in damaged or worn condition
- Any items past 14 days of the original order shipment date will be voided
